1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹50 per order

• Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹800

(Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.)

3. Delivery Time & Estimates

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping location:

• Metro Cities & Tier-1 Locations: 4-7 working days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 7-10 working days

(Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays.)

4. Tracking Information

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

• You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

• Please provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again or leave a pickup notice.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

Action Nook is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:

• Natural disasters

• Strikes or courier disruptions

• Government regulations

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.

• If you receive a damaged product, refer to our Refund Policy and provide video proof of unboxing to request a refund.

8. International Shipping

(Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.)
