At Action Nook, we do not offer returns or replacements. We only provide a refund in cases where the product received is damaged or defective.





Eligibility for a Refund



To be eligible for a refund due to a damaged or defective product, the following conditions must be met:


  1. Video Proof Required
    A clear, uncut, and continuous unboxing video must be provided. The video must start before the package is opened and must clearly show the damage or defect.
  2. Report Within 48 Hours
    The issue must be reported to us via email at info@actionnook.com within 48 hours of delivery. The email must include:
    • The unboxing video
    • Order details (order ID, name, etc.)






Refund Process & Timeline



  • Once we verify the claim, we will process the refund within 3–5 working days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval. (Timelines may vary based on the payment provider.)






Important Notes



  • No Refund will be issued without valid unboxing video proof.
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted.
  • No Returns or Replacements are accepted under any circumstances.
  • Action Nook reserves the right to deny refund claims if the video does not clearly show damage or a manufacturing defect.
