At Action Nook, we do not offer refunds except in cases where the customer receives a damaged or defective product. In such instances, we will issue a full refund for the affected item, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for a refund due to a damaged or defective product, the customer must:

  1. Provide Video Proof – A clear, uncut, and continuous video recording of the product unboxing must be submitted. The video must begin before the package is opened and clearly show the damage or defect.

  2. Report the Issue Promptly – The customer must notify us via email at info@actionnook.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with the video proof and order details.

Refund Process & Timeline

  • Once the claim is verified, the refund request will be processed within 3-5 working days.

  • The refunded amount will be credited to the customer's original payment method within 5-7 working days from the date of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Refunds will not be processed without valid video proof.

  • Any claims made beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

  • Action Nook reserves the right to deny a refund request if the provided proof does not clearly show damage or a manufacturing defect.
